VESTRY AND LAY LEADERSHIP

The Vestry is the governing board of the church. The Vestry is comprised of the Rector, the Senior and Junior Warden and twelve parishioners elected by church membership. The Vestry is responsible for determining the policies and goals of the congregation and overseeing the various aspects of the church’s financial condition, its physical facility, outreach priorities, and diverse church program and activities under the direction of the Vestry Committees.
